Summer Inspiration
/Summer is my favorite time of year, not only because of the beautiful weather but because I can wear dresses and so many cute sandals. These five dresses are all the perfect color for summer; they’re very vibrant. Bright colors such as royal blue, yellow and red really bring out ones summer tan but that goes for any vibrant color. I did include two darker dresses, the sunflower dress and the black dress that has a very pretty detail. But even though they are dark, they still are great because they are short and still look as if they are comfortable to wear on a hot day. Its nice to not be wearing a lot of layers during summer, it can get extremely hot in Southern California and a dress is a good way to beat the heat.
Shoes are my favorite things to shop for, and I especially like to shop for summer shoes. I have been obsessed with gladiator sandals for quite some time now, and I think I’m going to have to purchase some sandals similar to the tall gladiator sandals. I really like how they can give an outfit and edgier look that the shorter gladiator sandals don’t give. The nude sandals can go with anything in your closet and still look amazing; I included heels because one can never go wrong with heels. There in a bold pop of color because if you don’t want to wear a vibrant dress, you can wear a vibrant color with your shoes and you’ll be good to go. Espadrille shoes have become a recent favorite, after seeing how cute they looked when my sister wore hers, I am going to have to go out and buy a pair for myself.
